"Check-in was kinda a mess"
Check in took way longer than I expected and was a bit confusing. I was just kinda standing around waiting, not really sure what was going on. Not the worst thing ever, but defintely not a smooth start.

"Surprisingly Smooth Airport Experience"
had a good experience here, which isn’t something I usually expect before a flight. The staff actually seemed to know what they were doing and didn’t make the whole process more confusing than it needed to be. Check-in was quick, and they answered my questions without acting like I was ruining their day. Kind of rare to deal with people who are both efficient and helpful at an airport, so I’ll give them credit for that.

When I got there, the parking lot was really clean, which I definitely noticed right away. No trash lying around or anything, and it just felt like someone actually takes care of the place. I guess the lot wasn’t anything fancy, but that’s not a big deal at all when it’s this clean. It made me feel a lot better about leaving my car there.

I used preflightairportparking and the payment went through without any real issues. The total was exactly what I expected, and I didn’t get hit with any surprise fees, which I appreciate. The only thing that made me pause was that the receipt took a little while to show up, so I ended up double-checking my card charge just to be safe. To be fair, everything turned out fine in the end, but the process could definitely be a bit smoother.

i was expecting the usual nonsense where you test a bunch of codes and none of them work. Then boom, discount applied. The savings weren’t huge, but airport parking gets expensive quick, so I’ll take it. Booking was simple too, so yeah, I’d use it again.

"Pretty good airport parking deal"
This was cheaper than I expected, which made me a little suspicious at first, but it ended up being totally fine. Booking was simple, and I didn’t feel like they were sneaking in a bunch of random fees. I wouldn’t say parking near the airport is ever fun, but for leaving my car there, it was actually a good deal.

The dates, time, and price were exactly the same as my confirmation, so I didn’t have to deal with any awkward back-and-forth at the gate. I travel a few times a year, and overall this was smooth — scanned in, checked in, and parked without any real hassle. My only annoyance was that some of the communication before arrival wasn’t as clear as it could’ve been, so I was second-guessing a bit until I got there. "Refund took more effort than expected"
I had to cancel my parking booking, and the refund process wasn’t as easy as the site made it sound. I kept checking my email for the receipt/refund confirmation, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up more than once. They did eventually reply, but the emails felt a bit slow and not super clear. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t book again unless I was completely sure I wouldn’t need to cancel.

Had a really good experience parking here. The shuttle was FAST, we only waited about 5 minutes heading to the airport, and it was about the same when we got back. made the whole trip way less stressful. I’d DEFINITELY use them again.

"Decent spot, but a little too dark at night"
My car was still there when I got back and nothing was missing, so that was really good. The only thing is the lot felt dark at night, which made me a bit uneasy. I’d probably use it again, but I wouldn’t say I felt totally relaxed about it.
